Description

About the design:
A limited edition of 100 pieces of the Beba Chair. Beba references the chubby, playful limbs of the lounge form, illustrating the design collaboration between a mother and her baby, now 14 y/o daughter, Aila KI. The result is youthful ease of expression, combined with attention to detail. The significance is continuity, which honours the future. Listening with open ears to the generation that will inherit this world.
Each chair will be 3D printed in Amsterdam, and hand upholstered by the designer using sustainable European wool. Your piece will include a lifetime service guarantee for cover replacement to ensure lasting enjoyment. Like a time capsule, printed and digital copies of the upholstery pattern will be enclosed in the shell of the chair to accompany its caretaker into the future.
