GORINCHEM – For three days, the Dutch and Flemish interior industry showed their best and brightest side at trade event InCoDa on 24 to 26 September at Evenementenhal Gorinchem, The Netherlands. “With almost 6,400 visitors, which is 1,100 more than the previous edition, InCoDa has doubly proven itself to be a strong and unique concept where interior design and craftsmanship meet,” organiser Mascha de Bruin (Head of Cluster Retail & Interior) proudly says.
De Bruin continues, “This was one of the finest editions of InCoDa so far! Everything looked great with lots of activities and this was also received full of praise from both visitors and participants. Over half of the participants already expressed their confidence in the platform for the next edition during or before the event. With this fantastic news, we can continue to build a great platform where both the home decorator/retailer, parquet installer, stylist, interior designer and project designer will find plenty of inspiration and knowledge for the new season.”
“Of course you want to improve and grow all the time. We had a positive feeling as the trade event approached, but we had not dared to dream this final result! Many visitors were enthusiastic about the concept, the new elements such as InCoDa’s Interior Festival with the Stage, the Tiny House (in collaboration with interior design studio Beekmans Design and Precofab, expert in circular and modular construction) and the style rooms, but also how the craft of the different segments were highlighted.
Both the Dutch Parquet Laying Championship (NKP) and Dutch Home and Project Furnishing Championship (NKWP) as well as the wallpaper stencil workshops by Morris & Co. and the inspiring presentation of the Wood and Furnishings College (HMC). It’s great when your hard work pays off like this. We are already full of ideas and energy for InCoDa 2024!” said an enthusiastic Gerard van Muijden, Community Builder of InCoDa.
