In conversation with: Patricia Baum, account manager at InCoDa

Meet team InCoDa. Many returning exhibitors probably already know her as one of our account managers, Patricia Baum. In this interview with her, she talks about how she has enjoyed working for InCoDa for 6 years now, but also talks more about her private life and what she does in her free time with her boyfriend and two sons. Do you want to know who Patricia Baum is ? Then read on quickly.

Who are you and what do you do?

“I am Patricia Baum, 34 years old and I live with my boyfriend Maarten van Bokhoven in Sprang Capelle. Together we have two little sons James (4) and Jimmy (2). We are huge fans of the Efteling and can often be found there. Apart from the fact that it is just around the corner, we also think it is a great park to spend an afternoon at.   Furthermore, I am account manager of Interieur Collectie Dagen (InCoDa) and I have been doing this for almost 6 years now with great pleasure. For many returning exhibitors I will therefore not be an unfamiliar face.”

Describe yourself in 3 words

“People around me especially comment that I am the mood creator, so I bring a lot of sociability to the team as well. Furthermore, I am straightforward and a planner.”

What is the best series, concert or book you have seen/read recently?

“I love documentaries immensely and watch them incredibly often. My tip if you want to watch another fun docu series soon, Unsolved Mystery. Highly recommended if you like crime and mystery.

Who do you admire and why?

“For everyone who puts his/her best foot forward in life, respects others and helps another where needed.”

What are you good at that others don’t know about you?

“I enjoy going to my favorite sport every week and that is boxing. I can’t do this super well yet, but I try my best! 😊”

What did you want to be before?

“A singer, but unfortunately I’m not going to draw full houses with my singing voice 😉”

What is on your bucket list that you really still want to do?

“I would like to do another road trip along the cities of Memphis, Nashville, Mississippi and New Orleans. Furthermore, I would also love to take my family to Disney in Japan and visit the cities there such as Tokyo and Kyoto.”

What is your affinity/connection to InCoDa?

“I think it’s a really fun industry and I’m curious every time how the booths look. During the set-up I already feel a sense of pride and enthusiasm. Because of the exhibitors’ stands, among other things, it becomes a very nice fair and it is a party every time to run the fair and see everyone again.”

Why should professionals visit InCoDa in September?

“They should be the fair visitor because we can now showcase more than 200 brands at InCoDa. There will be a Tiny House and Style Rooms exhibited for the first time at the Interior Festival by Interior Designer Saskia Beekmans and Precofab. Of course, the championships cannot be forgotten either such as the NK Parquet laying and the NK Woning- en Projectstofferen. And as everyone is used to from us, visitors can also make use of catered catering during InCoDa.
