It will soon be possible again to invite your potential and existing relations via our free tool: the invitation service. Submit your business relations list (GDPR-proof) via My Easyfairs and keep an eye on who has registered and who you can meet at InCoDa. Your participation in trade fair InCoDa includes the free invitation of your potential and current relations via the invitation service. The invitation service has been created to make things easier for you and is an important marketing tool with which you attract high-quality visitors to the exhibition who directly contribute to your business. Participation in this service is easy. You upload your relation list in our secure GDPR-proof environment and then we provide a professional and personal invitation through mail or email with your company name on it.

Be quick, because your contact list (max. 2.000 addresses) must be uploaded before Monday 8 July 2024 via My Easyfairs. Do you want to provide more addresses? That is possible in consultation. Feel free to contact Exhibitor Activation if you have any questions.

1. Send free invitations with your company name on it!

65% of the visitors come through the Easyfairs Invitation Service. You save all the time and (layout and printing) costs that you would normally spend on such an invitation card! We will state your company name in the invitation card. This makes it clear to your customer that you invite him / her personally. Relationships that also appear in our e-mail database do not receive the invitation by post, but by e-mail with a unique registration code. Your company name is also prominent in this e-mail. In the images you can see how your company name is displayed.

2. You don’t have to worry about inviting your relations! And everything is GDPR proof!

We are happy to make it as easy as possible for you. That is why we have developed a secure environment for you in which you can upload your relationship lists with one click of the button. Inviting relationships has never been this easy! This saves you time and allows you to optimally prepare for participation in the exhibition.

Sharing your relationship lists for the invitation service is safe and GDPR-proof! Because we ask you to submit your relationship lists before participating in our invitation service, we are happy to give you insight into how we handle the personal data that you provide to us in these relationship lists. Easyfairs attaches great importance to your privacy and that of your relationships. Data from potential visitors is indispensable for the success of InCoDa and it is also one of the most valuable assets of you as an exhibitor. That is why we deal with this carefully and fully in accordance with the GDPR legislation.

In this invitation cooperation you give us permission to send a one-off physical invitation to the postal address of your relation. Relationships that also appear in our e-mail database receive an invitation by e-mail and not by post. Of course we have our processing agreement and our procedures in order and they comply with the GDPR legislation. It is completely safe to have your relationship lists used by us once for inviting your existing and intended relationships.
