Get to know our new event app, with various features that will increase your visibility before, during and after the event. The app enables you to connect with customers, prospects, and potential partners at any time.

Company information is pre-filled from My Easyfairs. You only need to prepare your schedule for the event with the app, so visitors can communicate with you in advance and schedule appointments during the event.

How does it work?

  • Register your stand personnel: After registration, they will receive an email to create their account in the app. 
  • Set up your user profile: Tell us about your interests and what you are looking for at the event.
  • Download the app: Download the app and benefit from its advantages anytime, anywhere.

Make the most of your participation!

About three weeks before the event starts, the app goes live. At that time, you will find the links to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) here.

FAQ

With the app, you can connect and schedule appointments with visitors, speakers, or other exhibitors. You can view the knowledge program and schedule sessions in your agenda, view speaker and exhibitor information, and consult the floor plan.

The app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs NL.

After registering your stand personnel, they will receive an email to create their account in the app. This welcome email contains a registration ID/badge ID. They can then create a password with which they can log in in the future.

Click the Help? button in the app to contact support, so the email can be resent. Or email uitnodiging@easyfairs.com.

Under ‘App users’, you can see all app users. If you want to connect with a visitor, search for that person and click ‘Show interest’ to indicate your interest.

In the exhibitor list, you will find all participating companies. Click ‘Show interest’ to indicate that you are interested in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can chat or schedule an appointment.

The entire program is visible in the app under the program section. If you want to attend a session, you can add it to your agenda by clicking the ‘Add to agenda’ button for that session.

Under ‘Recommended for you’, you will see recommendations specifically tailored to you, such as visitors, stand personnel, other exhibitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and interests. You can show interest in the suggested people or companies or skip them.
